For FM/CICS, make the SDFHEXCI library and FMNCONN file allocations dynamically in the FMNELIBD exec

For both Ingram Group LLC and UNFI, we worked to create a rexx exec to dynamically allocate the SDFHEXCI library and FMNCONN file prior to invoking the FMNELIBD FM macro for File Manager/CICS. Customers do not want to add these files to the STEPLIB DD statement and FMNCONN DD statement in their logon procedures. The reason is if the file can not be removed or renamed if people are using it and the file is allocated.

Creating the REXX exec took us quite some time to allocate an ISPLLIB for the SDFHEXCI and allocate the FMNCONN prior to invoking File Manager Base using the FMNELIBD exec. It would be helpful if these were identified and allocated properly in the FMNELIBD exec.
