Improved Installation documentation for File Manager/CICS

The installation instructions for File Manager/CICS are very confusing, especially if a customer does not want to implement all the methods to invoke the tool. The following ways may be used to invoke File Manager
1) Using Option 10 from the ISPF Menu (This uses the DFHEXCI function
2) Entering the FM transaction from CICS
3) Using the Eclipse plugin
4) In a batch job
The checklist for customization for each of the above options should be called out separately. For example, option 1 should not require an ADFz CC implementation, nor invoke a batch job. However, it apparently does require a CICS TCP/IP connection.
Method 2 would require the ADFz CC or batch job?
Method 3 requires the ADFz Port setup?
Method 4 requires SDFHEXCI as a steplib?
This request for enhancement is very much related to For FM/CICS, make the SDFHEXCI library and FMNCONN file allocations dynamically in the FMNELIBD exec
