Can you provide a little more information.
By remove the header - do you mean the heading line from batch reports - with page number etc.
F2 is set to SPLIT for many panels. It however was the choice for ZOOM and FORMAT for editing data. It has been that way for 25 years - so we cannot change this on the basis of existing customers. The keys can obviously be changed by any user via the KEYS command.
