Struts 2.3.20 in IBM HATS HATS.9.6.1.1 is out of support as of September 2019

I am using IBM Rational Developer for i Version: 9.6.0.6 with IBM®
Rational® HATS Version 9.6.1.1.

When i create a webfacing project, i notice that HATS creates webContent/WEB-INF/lib folder in the webfacing project, and it uses struts2-core-2.3.2.0.jar. This version of the struts 2 jar is already
our of support as of September 2019.

I am raising this RFE to request for the struts 2.3.20 jar in HATS 9.6.1.1 or higher to be
be replaced by the GA version of struts 2.5.x. The current struts 2.3.x in RDi
contains several security vunlerabilities so we are looking forward
on IBM updating it to the latest GA version.

    Please consider updating the following five jars as well. These are part of the IBM Rational Developer for i jars that are automatically added when we create a webfacing project in RDi. These jars have been identified with security vulnerabilities as well.
