HATS to strip blanks from end of extracted fields

Give the HATS macro editor the ability to designate specific fields that would have blanks stripped from the end of fields. For example macro variables that extract numeric data would strip off the blanks on left side of the data, so that only the data is passed to the I/O, and subsequently REST/json data.

For text fields that are extracted, blanks at the right end of the field (variables) could be stripped off. Ideally this would be a GUI enhancement to the macro editor that would allow the developer to simply set a parameter that, for example, "Strip left" or "Strip right."
