Permit SAF keyrings to be used instead of jks files for host connection.

Currently HATS requires a jks files to be used if the host connection is secure. When the HATS application is deployed on z/OS in WAS the SAF keyrings should be used either as a default or a method to switch when deploying. This is required due to STIG (US DoD security) requirements that all applications use SAF keyrings. SAF keyrings are supported and normally used by default in z/OS WAS cells. The preference would be to have the HATS code determine that it is running on z/OS and default to the server default keyring definitions for the cell. This would be similar to the current support provided in HATS to permit using the Windows keystore when running on a Windows server.
