Identify concatenation number in SRCHFOR of sequential DSNs

When a SuperC SRCHFOR operation is performed on a concatenation of PDSes, the listing will identify a concatenation number for the data set containing the member where the string was found. But when the concatenation is of sequential data sets, the only information provided is a line number that keeps incrementing across the data sets.

This request is to change the current line number shown in the generated report to be a concatenation number followed by the line number relative to the beginning of that data set. This format could be selected by enabling the IDPFX option for this search (currently ignored for a sequential search).

We have recently reviewed this requirement again. It is a good idea and would have been easy to implement if included in the original design, but is tricky to add later. It is only a minor convenience, as it is possible to search the data sets separately, so at present we feel that the benefits are small compared with the resources needed for implementation and testing. Given internal priorities and resources, we are therefore unlikely to schedule it within the next year or so. We have been informed that according to IBM guidelines this means we should decline this RFE. We are however keeping this item on our internal list of suggested enhancements and may implement it eventually.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)

I think this is an excellent idea - we will investigate further and will accept the request.
