Keep HOD icons size and space in between the same as HOD 11

The default icon and the space between the icons on HOD v1302 is too big compare to HOD v11. Users have 23 icons have to click on arrow to switch the screens which is not convenience. We have got a lot of complains. Deepak Bohra from HCL has helpped us to change the icons and space back the same as HOD v11. Please enhance the same solution to the new versions of HOD. We
