HACPEE to permit override Printer LUname

HACPEE v2.0 permits to override the 'Display LUname' (i.e. the 'Terminal LUname') via URL, however, we also need to be able to override the 'Printer LUname' (type LU3) via URL, which currently is not supported.

The current print support in HACPEE 2.0 permits setting a 'Printer LUname' in the Properties:

Properties -> Associated Printer -> LUName (Printer)
However, this would be needed to be done manually by each business user, and we have thousands of them, so that is not feasible for us. HACPEE 2.0 also permits leaving blank in 'Printer LUname' in the Properties tab, and in that case it takes a random Printer LUname from the pool, but this is also not valid for as as each specific desktop user needs to be associated with an specific printer LU.

We would like to be able to override the 'Printer LUname' in the URL call, as well as it is currently possible for the 'Display LUname'
