Include 'Light Pen Mode' feature with HACPEE v14

The upgrade migration from HOD v11 to HOD/HACPEE v14.0.5 removes the 'Light Pen Mode' option. An application in production uses this option for the user selections in the host access menus. The application would require major changes to convert the menus over to PF key selections. The users require HACPEE with 'Light Pen Mode' to migrate from the unsupported HOD v11 product.
