Repackage the IBM ManagedHOD v15.0.3 to provide missing unavailable dependencies for SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop

Upon installation of IBM ManagedHOD v15.0.3, using tools such as zypper or rpm, an error about missing unavailable dependencies is observed. The packages it requires are not available in any SUSE repository for the current supported version and patch level of the SUSE Linux machine.

We have opened a support case for this issue, and support provided the missing dependency but then the install failed again for another missing dependency, so this was not a viable solution. Support then provided another work around to use rpm tool with the --nodeps switch to stop it from verifying package dependencies and that was also not a viable solution as it forces installing what is essentially a broken product.
