In HACP/EE with imbedded HOD 15.0, allow users to be able to detach from a list of his/her console/session definitions to create a seperate window. Instead of having to click on the session from the tabs on the left.

I want to be able to have more then one window open window at a time instead of having to click on the tabs.   We have the ability to do it from the ADMIN Console but I think this ability should also be available for users.   In our environment we want to use some large monitors and be able to have 6 open windows sessions at the same time.

    SUBJECT:
    In HACP EE V 4.2 with embedded HOD V 15.0.3, allow users to be able to detach from a list of his console, session definitions to create a separate window -- instead of having to click on the session from the tabs on the left.

    DESCRIPTION:
    We want to be able to have more than one window open at a time -- instead of having to click on the tabs.
