Thai Compose Mode incorrect with HACP v16 in HEX mode (HACP EE)

We can use HACP HEX mode instead of HOD Cached Client with Thai language.

    Hi,
    Please see the detail in PMR ticket number TS020792376. Below is the answer from L3 support team.

    They explained that the our screen has been designed for monospace and the current approach displays each character in a single row. Consequently, when a character combination requires the second character to sit on top of the first, it does not display correctly.


    So the alignment issue will require a design change to resolve.


    Please create an enhancement request (RFE) for this. Our development team will prioritize this task once the request is submitted.


    As a temporary workaround, this is working in the DOM view. You can enable this by following these steps:


    1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences > DOM view.
    2. Alternatively, add EnableDOMView=true to web.properties and restart the HOD server.
