HOD v 16 - Experiencing a huge performance issue when clicking on 'All Users' with 400 users. The issue arises ONLY when user clicks on "All Users".

This RFE is submitted at the express request of the Host On-Demand Development team. Since the reported issue is a show stopper that heavily impacts us, implementing and delivering this design change needs to be prioritized. Essentially:

Under Host-On-Demand - v 16, we experience a huge performance issue when we click on 'All Users' with 4000 + users. The issue arises ONLY when the user clicks “All Users”. This is because the search function must traverse all the groups to generate a unique user list. The group “MIGRATED-USERS” has over 4000 users but when one clicks on it, the data is returned very quickly. We are looking for a way to remove “All Users” but provide a search capability. if the “All Users” must traverse all groups, then a quick solution may be as follows:

• Have a default group called “ALL-USERS”. Admins cannot add or remove users from this group and cannot delete his group. Basically, it cannot be managed.

• Whenever a user is added, the system automatically and transparently adds them to the “ALL-USERS” group.

• Replace “All Users” with “ALL-USERS” in the front end.
