Change HODLauncher.msi installation mode

Good day

When technical support requests to use HODLauncher.msi to send them the log file, in companies that have stricter levels of security it is difficult to launch such a utility (for example http://localhost:6999/hod/miweb.html) because only a user with installation permissions can do it, which is the case of our company.

And this installation is only done in the profile of that user (c:\users\{_the user who installed i_}\appdata\local\ibm\host on-demand launcher). If another user logs in, they will not benefit from such installation.

The installation of HODLauncher.msi as a normal program (installed in C:\Program Files) should be allowed for companies with high levels of security. Greetings
