Allow HOD variables to be used by macros.

Allow macros access to HOD variables such as SOEID(User Name), LU, IP Address, etc., so that macros could be written for group use rather than for an individual. HOD is aware of these values as they are forwarded up to License Manager.

    Based on the information provided, our customer is trying to set key - value pairs to macros and that can be done by passing parameters to macro. https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSS9FA_13.0.0/com.ibm.hod.doc/help/mac_params.html
    It would be helpful for further understanding, if they can provide an use case for the requirement to pass session parameters.
