Develop a new version of AGGSVC that supports STCKE time requests

Our application development and testing teams ustilize HourGlass to test program behavior with future and past date and time values. One sub-system that the teams work with is IDMS R18.5 which uses the STCKE instruction. This request is for the HourGlass development team to develop a new version of AGGSVC that supports STCKE time requests.

    We have delivered this in HourGlass V6.1 and HourGlass V7.1.
