HourGlass should support Java-Applications

Modifying a java date/time is currently not available.
Easy Example:
System.out.println(("[" + new Date().toString() + "]" + meldung));
But sometimes the Date (or time) is relevant for the kind of processing,
like "old processing to december, 31, old year" and "new processing starts at january 01, new year".

    Java support has been made available for HourGlass V7.1 via PTF UI55001. This PTF has a pre-req PTF of UI54984.

    It appears some of the past comments were not propagated out to the RFE externally. Sorry about that. We have added Java support to our development plan.

    We work Hourglass and want to develope new application an JAVA not on COBOL, like we did the last 40 years. So we need this function
