    HourGlass currently provides the capability to supply a program/transaction that functions as follows: Via the AGGSC program (HGSC transaction), this program/transaction provides the capability to save HourGlass CICS settings in the HourGlass AGGSCDS dataset.  Once a settings "set" has been saved in the AGGSCDS it can be retrieved, modified, activated, and deleted via the HGSC transaction.  Please reference pages 15-16, 30 in the HourGlass Usage and Installation Guide for more information.  This should provide the ability to set the CICS System Date with the AGGDATE file dynamically without the recycle of the CICS region.
