IMS Tools Exception report generated in batch for EMAIL/SMS distribution

We currently run ITKB sensor jobs for all database datasets on mostly daily basis. Each time the repository is updated, the tool performs a monitor rule verification and generates different levels of warnings. Currently this can only be viewed on TSO after passing thru numerous panels.

There is a batch program that generates this information, but it is voluminous and requires an editing process to make it useful to be emailed to us.

This will allow us to view the status of our databases on any email viewer without the need to be on TSO.
