Authentication logging and auditing to include user names

Currently the keystone and audit logs in ICIC use the user's unique id from openstack while logging the activities. The mapping for user id to user name is available through openstack commands on the management node.

If the log files are uploaded or moved to a different system or application then this mapping may not be available for log review and monitoring.

Proposal to add configuration property or some kind of enablement that would allow the user names to be printed in the log files.
