Global change for default_admin_userid after installation

During ICIC installation, there is an optional parameter for z/VM configuration, "default_admin_userid," that when populated will add a LOGONBY statement to the z/VM User Directory of virtual machine deployments.

This parameter is set on the config.properties file on the management node during installation. After the environment is installed, this parameter must be changed on each individual compute node in the environment.

Request to have a global setting to change this parameter for the entire environment. Example use case would be during initial installation, there is a requirement to have LOGONBY statements for a single user. Later after installation, the LOGONBY statement is no longer needed and it would be easier to make a global change then reconfigure each compute node.
