Option to change "instance_name_template" after installation to modify the virtual machine prefix

During installation, there is a property in the config.properties file that defines the virtual machine prefix for the deployed systems. The property is called "instance_name_template" and gets set in the nova configuration to define the virtual machine prefix.

After installation, this property can be changed but it will only affect future virtual machine deployments. Any existing virtual machines will remain with the old prefix.

There should be the ability for the customer to change this property and update the existing, already deployed, virtual machines so they have the new pattern. This would help prevent a mix of virtual machines with old and new prefixes while the ICIC UI would only show the new prefix.
