Add an option for member sort to prevent misplacement due to specific code page

In order to prevent misplacements in the list of members
as displayed by RDz due to the use of a specific code page (*),
we need an option in RDz for member sort:
1 - Use windows default
2 - Use alphabetic sort
This option could be placed under "Remote Systems, z/OS, MVS Files"
in there you have a "Sort order for data sets" so a "Sort order for
members in data sets" would be logic.
(*) For instance: Danish Developers think they lost some members because they start with "AA......".

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
