Add preference option to suppress or control prompting behavior for multi-selected elements

The following problem description and solution was provided the CARMA developer.

---- Start of problem description ----
The way CARMA works is that when you select multiple elements, CARMA will present a dialog for each selection. The IDz Endevor Integration simply customizes the dialogs that are presented.

This means that even if we are able to have multiple selected elements in the first dialog, CARMA will still be presenting a dialog for each other the selection. We would have no way of knowing

whether this is the first dialog or not.

Right now, there is check box in the Preview JCL dialog that the user can select to not show the Preview JCL dialog later. The current implementation permanently hides the dialog, if selected.

What we could do is to have a Preference option to determine whether the user wants this behavior only for the current set of selections or for all the times, as is the current behavior.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. At this time we have no plans to address this request within the next two years, please feel free to resubmit in the next year or so for our consideration. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
