Increase accuracy of "Identify unreachable code"

From the above PMR, there are too many restriction and limitation of this feature currently and make it hardly to report an accurate result.

The feature then become unreliable and not able to consume.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
    Product - Developer for System z

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
    Product family - Design & development
    Product - Developer for System z

    The PMR referenced in this RFE is a valid issue which will be fixed as an APAR. The PMR has nothing to do with our documented restrictions for the Identify unreachable code feature. There is no plan to remove any of these restrictions at this time.
