Add new option 'FIND ONLY/REPLACE' in the IDz cobol editor

Hello,

In the test IDz version (14.2.3.x or 15.0.x), there is a need to enhance find/replace option.

When user wants to find and replace particular occurrences of a word, it wouldn't be possible in the existing 'find/replace' combination. For example - find a string ' END ' will show all lines that has string END with prefixes and suffixes('-END' , '--END' , 'END-' , 'END--' , '-END-'..etc). With this search output, it's difficult to differentiate unique word and then replace with new word. And also there is a possibility to destroy the code with REPLACE ALL option.

We think it would be necessary to have additional feature 'FIND ONLY/REPLACE' to cover these type of specific word search.

Again, thank you for submitting a request for enhancement, we value all suggestions made by our clients. This is a follow up to the last request for response, if we do not get a reply we will assume you have what you need and process the enhancement to closure.

After reviewing this RFE we feel we could use more detail to fully understand the request. Would you be able to provide some screen shots to show examples of what you are searching for and what result you are getting? In addition to that would you be able to explain what result would you expect to receive if this RFE were implemented?
