Support for INSTREAM DDs in the User Build function (RTC Integration Feature)

The User Build feature provided by the RTC Integration feature currently lacks support for INSTREAM DDs. As RTC itself supports INSTREAM DDs in their translators, it would be great to have that feature in the User Build too.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Additionally, it would be great if Language Definition variables would also be covered so they could be used by the user build.
