Add font and font size preference specific to IBM RDz Data Editor

IBM RDz Data Editor should have its own font settings in its own preference.

Currently, the font for the Data Editor can only be mofified with other features under Windows/Preferences/General/Appearance/Colors and Font/Basic/Text Font. If it is changed, all editors are changed.
The default is Consolas.
For the Data Editor, a monospaced font should be used with a proportional font size. This option should be limited to monospace fonts because it can cause display issues in the data editor where in other editors it does not.

The default font may be proportional in a workspace.

Data Editor if opened with a font that is not monospaced or sized accordingly will show only the first 3 characters in a record. In addition, if a monospaced font is not used, the ruler and cursor alignment may not coincide.

This is handled in a different RFE but is compounded by this RFE with the inability to change the font and font size to prevent this from occurring.

This problem can be circumvented. The procedure is to change the following preference:
In RDz, click on Menu item >>Windows >>Preferences

In the Dialog Navigation Area which is opened, expand:
    >>General >>Appearance >>Colors and Fonts

In the Colors and Fonts area, expand:
Basic and click on "Text Font" to select it
    Then press the Edit button

In the Font dialog note that the default font that is used (a.o.) for the Systems z data editor. The default, Consolas 10, while monospaced still shows this problem.

For Win 7, change the font to either "Courier New" or "Terminal".

For Win 8 the only font that works is "Terminal".
