RDz datastore cache calculation is too slow on Citrix

When RDz is run on Citrix with a remote workspace, it can take 30 seconds to display the context menu when right-clicking on the Remote System Explorer.
Investigation on PMR 37893,999,866 showed the problem is caused by a combination of I/O performance (network, file system,...) and RDz cache calculation if preference Remote Systems > File Cache > Limit cache size is enabled.
RDz will indeed calculate multiple times the size of the cache by iterating through all files at the remote location. Depending on the network performance or the file system performance of the machine where the workspace is located it can take more than 30 seconds.

    A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.

    Note that the problem could happen without Citrix if you have a remote workspace and slow network or slow file system on the machine hosting the workspace.
    Even with a local workspace there would be performance gain as RDz calculates multiple times the size of the cache.
