Rectangle selection in IDz editor

Rectangle selection is very commonly use in ISPF editor, but in IDz editor this feature is not user friendly in both LPEX and COBOL editor.

In System Z LPEX Editor:
- need to select in context menu or press "Alt+R" before use, it should allow users to choose to enable it "by default"
- the selected rectangle can be copied, but it cannot be pasted in a rectangle as well. After paste the line will be shifted. This make the feature useless as developers always want to paste the rectangle block copied to other place in the program.

COBOL editor:
- When developers want to paste the copied rectangle, it is found that the editor text cannot down shifted automatically. i.e. developers must self insert enough blank line before copied, or the pasted text will overwritten the original text. It should allow automatically down shift the original text.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future.
