Use %userprofile% instead of %userdocuments%\.. for creating needed directories

RDz creates an .eclipse folder for default configuration at %userdocuments%\.., which is bad in our case because %userdocuments% points on a networkshare.
Windows created an evironment variable for that, called %userprofile%, which should be used for such things, because RDz is not really able to work with workspaces on shares.
A big problem is performance, because network workspaces and configurations are always slow.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future.

    Additional information is provided:

From the Eclipse documentation, the default configuration location is the configuration directory in the product installation directory. If the installation directory is read-only, then Eclipse will create the configuration directory in the user's home directory. The user has the capability to override these directory locations using Eclipse runtime options (see this URL for more information: http://help.eclipse.org/kepler/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/misc/runtime-options.html#locations).

Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
