More general error message in case of lock at opening

We often have lock problems when opening programs.

Under TSO, the user knows that this is an RDz server by typing F1 after his attempt to open : we don't even have this information under RDz.

We have this type of message : « CRRZI0643W The file <filename> is locked by " and will be opened in read-only mode. »

We don't know by whom and this message is still displayed.

This should be a defect. Please work with IBM Support to open an defect / APAR if one has not been opened already.
