more flexibility on RTC user build job name

The job cards for an RTC user build are taken from the preferences. It is possible to specify a fixed job name or to use the only available variable <JOBNAME>. The variable <JOBNAME> will resolve to &SYSUID;1 at runtime (with &SYSUID; as the mainframe user ID of the developer issuing the user build).
In our shop all developers are provided with a standardized eclipse workspace which also holds the preferences for the user build job cards. The issue we have is that by a site specific convention the user build should have the name &SYSUID;UN .
That means we can't setup a standard workspace valid for all users. So we have to force every single developer to dig into the preferences and change the job name manually.
We'd like to have more flexibility on the user build job name. As a proposal an additional variable <USERID> would be sufficient.
