Add a remove all sequence numbers and id area numbering option to RDz

Numbering and Unnumbering in Cobol editor is too complicated and has too many steps.

If you have a Cobol source with sequence numbers in col. 1-6 and also in 73-80 and you want to remove both from the source, you would have to perform the following tasks:

1) Right click in source and select "Source -> Sequence Numbers -> Unnumber"
==> Right syntax numbering goes away, left stays.
2) Change automatic numbering and check "Start
numbering at column 1" by navigating through the
Preferences or by right-clicking in source: "Source -> Sequence
Numbers -> Preferences ..."
3) Repeat procedure as in 1.
Right click in source and select "Source -> Sequence Numbers -> Unnumber"
==> Left syntax numbering goes away. .
