RDz - Search should return access violation instead of 0 results when access to PDS is not allowed

We would like to see that the RDz Search results in a message when the user does not have access to the resources where the search is executed against.
In the current situation the search results in 0 hits. This gives the impression that the search was executed and no results were found, but it should tell the user that the search was not executed because the user does not have access.
RDz should display the same behaviour as is displayed in ISPF when a search is done on a PDS where the user does not have access.

    This enhancement was delivered in RDz 9.5.1.2, IDz 14.0.0.2 and z/OS Explorer 3.0.1.2 (October 2016 Refresh).
