save more eclipse view preferences

We're facing the fact, that some preferences for views are not saved when closing and reopening the IDz client. For example there are views that do keep the size and order of their columns whereas other views don't. Or there are views that have the same folders revealed after a restart of the workbench and others always start with all folders closed. Our wish is to have a consistent behaviour of the view state saved for all views.

In particular the following options aren't saved yet:

- the option “Link with editor” in the “z/OS Projects” View
- the revealed folders in the “Team artifacts” View
- the size of the columns in the “Remote error list” view

But of course we'd like to have all similar options saved for all views.
