Record Data Test Case Window

In zUnit when the Test Data Editor is open, you select the Red recording button, the Record Data Test Case Window pops up where you push the Start Recording button. This window is modular, the whole workspace is frozen while this window is displayed. There is no way to use the CICS thru the Host Connection Emulator provided in IDz . You have to use a separate 3270 emulator like PCOM.

    In order to close the Record Data Test Case window you can simply press the X in the upper right hand corner. After that the Host Emulator included in IDz can be used to run the transaction. In order to stop recording after that simply press the same red button and then press Stop Recording after the Record Data Test Case window re-opens.
