ContentAssist enhancements

Some enhancements for the pli-contentAssist:
-in many cases the Content assist doesn't Show proposals, at least built-ins and preprocessor Statements should be shown all the time
-group the Content of the contentAssist in several pages, if working, there is a lot of Content present (builtins, preprocessor instructions, variables, functions), create a page for each category
-when used inside of a SQL-Statement, also Show SQL specific Content (functions, keywords, ...)
-Show some Content only if used after certain chars, e.g. only Show >do< in the Content assist and hide the other variants of >do< until the user actually types >do<, the same applies for >%<
-same behaviour for templates and content assist proposal, in the first column of a pli sourceno proposal are shown, whereas templates are shown.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and we have no plans to address your request in the near future.
