Enhance File compare results

Have a look at PMR TS003751098 for reference.

In cases of changes in some lines the compare utility sometimes show inserts and deletes instead of a change. This is often much more difficult to understand.
Most other compare tools do much better, just have a look at the attached files.

The Compare Editor in IDz extends the base Eclipse compare editor. Really such an enhancement would be better opened here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/ If such a feature was implemented in base Eclipse then all compare editors for all languages would benefit. Other alternatives could be to configure the Run > External Tools option so that it executes your favorite comparison tool, possibly something like Beyond Compare. Yet another possible option could be to create a Menu Manager action that runs a local comparison tool like diff.
