Default Outline Filter when editing source files

When editing a PL1 (or any other source) file, you can define a filter for the content of the outline view.
But these filters are only stored per program, you have to define it separately for every program.
It should be possible to store the filter for the workspace/content type (pl1, cobol) so it applies to all sources which are edited. Maybe also add the possibility to define filter sets which can be choosen by the user.
