zUNIT: add optional field that the user would type in the CICS region for Recording Service

Now that CICS support is implementing the CICS Recording Service on other CICS regions I noticed that IDZ has no way of differentiating which URL is pointing to which CICS region. The only identifier is the port number but there’s no way to know which port each CICS region is using.

We understand that only bigger companies would multiple CICS regions (we believe we have 100+) like this, but maybe if we could have an optional field that the user would type in the CICS region as well, strictly for informational purposes, that would help identify at the time of recording.
