Stable p2 update site url for released Versions

We use the p2 repository to install / update our IDz installation on Windows.

Since we have integrated some other plugins, including self-developed ones, we need to test new IDz versions before we can release the version to all installations.

So we cannot use https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.2/idz-15.0.x/update.site or the index of https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.3/idz-16.0.x/update.site.

We need to use a version specific p2 update site.

Example: for our IDz 15.02 installation we use the following p2 repositories

* https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.2-061821GA/idz-15.0.x/update.site

* https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.2-061821GA/fa/update.site

Thus  we need a publicly accessible, stable, version-specific repository for all released versions, similar to what Eclipse provides with: https://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. At this time we have no plans to address this request within the next two years, please feel free to resubmit in the next year or so for our consideration.

    During our discussion it was suggested that one could set up an internal repo as a way to address this internally.
