IDz DBB user build errs if the user log is deleted during the DBB User build dialog

When running an IDz DBB user build, if the user's log file is deleted or removed, the build fails with org.eclipse.core.runtime.OperationCanceledException

The design in the IDz DBB user build is to locate the log file when it is named in the dialog. 
If the log is not present at the very beginning, the DBB user build will create it.
If it does exist at the very beginning of the dialog, then the process expects it to exist and will be written to. 
To handle a file that gets deleted after the initial dialog is run would be a change in design/behavior.
