Request to build IDz on latest version of Eclipse.

Customer is requesting to build IDz on latest version of Eclipse to enable Co-pilot. Current version doesn't support enabling co-pilot, which is one of the blockers to drive adoption. Co-pilot makes coding easier as it has enhanced IntelliSense features.

Building IDz on latest version of Eclipse would probably allow use of other plugins recently built, surely on new versions of Eclipse.
