Bug using 'Search' within Remote Systems view

When performing a Remote z/OS Search, where the 'Regular expression' check-box option is selected for the 'With name:' text field, subsequent searches use the initial 'With name:' value regardless of if it gets changed or not

    Delivered in IBM Explorer for z/OS 3.4 (IBM Developer for z/OS 17) and IBM Explorer for z/OS 3.3.5 (IBM Developer for z/OS 16.0.5).

    That is fine, it might have been changed internally and transferred to z/OS Explorer. Do you recall which version of IBM Developer for z/OS client you were working with?

    My apologies, this was within IBM Developer for z/OS, not z/OS Explorer. I must have accidentally selected the wrong category

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. We have tried to reproduce the problem using data set member search, sequential data set search and PDS member search and wasn't able to reproduce any issues. Which version of z/OS Explorer client and server was used to reproduce this issue?
