LPEX / Eclipse : Enable context-sensitive help for C/C++ and assembler

The functionality is already present for Cobol and PL/I - it seems logical to also have it for C/C++ and assembler (at least for the IBM macros, but would certainly be cool for individual instructions too).  In a nutshell, place cursor on "printf", hit f3 to get help - in assembler, e.g. "link" or "basr".

Thank you for submitting an idea with IDz, we appreciate your input and suggestions to improve our client experiences. Many of our added enhancements come directly from suggestions from our users like yourself. We?ve spent some time evaluating this idea and have concluded that it is not something that we can provide a solution for in the next two years.

Please do note that context-sensitive help is available for the HLASM Editor in IDz for the Assembler language. The HLASM Editor also shows information for instructions when the cursor is held over an instruction to trigger a hover. The hovers gives quick information such as the full title of the instruction and some information about what operands are expected.
