Support GitHub Copilot Eclipse plugin in IDZ

GitHub Copliot for Eclipse plugin required a minimum Eclipse 4.33 version, but in the latest IDZ v17 it is still running on Eclipse 4.31.

    I would suggest asking for Github Copilot to support Eclipse 4.31.
