This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Such a great idea to use the P2 install. Thank you for that. But apart from the settings (idea https://ideas.ibm.com/ideas/IDZ-I-2222) it would be good to distribute the license automatically with install as well. (Or are they included in a workspace?)
We have a floating licence configured and the IDz running on a terminal server for multiple users to use. So installing with the first use is not an option since the users do not have the neccessary information and access rights. It needs to happen automatically with the install. And our installation routine (with P2) is silent and unattended.
At the moment I prepare an installation for the target computer and I have tested it: Just configuring a license while doing that is not working. So question is: How to make the IDz on the target computer aware of the license in an unattended and autmated way?
