Display again the database filter menu like in v15

In IDz v15, there were two context menus on database connection items like schema or stored procedure: Filter and Properties

In v17, there is only Properties where filters can be set as well.

A customer would like to see the Filter menu again.

Thank you for submitting your idea. After careful evaluation, IBM has determined that we are unable to implement the request at this time, as it does not align with our current multi-year strategy. We previously provided some alternative suggestions for consideration and hope they suite your needs.

If you would like to discuss this further or explore potential next steps, please feel free to reach out directly.

Thank you for submitting this Idea. We were wondering if there was still value to be had by this Idea. From what we understand, the Filter action moved into the Properties context menu where filtering can be set - so no loss of functionality from what we understand.

We understand that the pattern and routine to get to Filter is a bit different compared to v15.x, but we're hoping that the consolidating of menus and actions makes it cleaner. At this point, we believe that changing it back would be disruptive for those who are used to be this. But we are open to hear what you think.
